Single Family Home Major Renovation
This circa 1930 Manoa Valley home had been subjected to a series of ill-considered renovations which obscured its beauty. The project included a complete renovation (interior and exterior), reconfiguration and expansion.
Clients Vision / Project Challenges:
The clients had lived in the home for many years dreaming of what could be. They wanted to refurbish and reconfigure the home and stay true to the 1930’s time period while adding environmental features that would make the home more efficient. It was very important to the clients to work with a team who would listen to their goals and ideas, take those overriding principles and enhance and incorporate them into the project.
