We work with our food service clients to create concepts and designs and develop them into a workable plan. We coordinate the work of our engineers and the client's vendors - food service equipment suppliers, POS vendors, A/V vendors and signage fabricators - to produce a set of working drawings in accordance with local Health Department regulations. Our project experience includes coffee shops/cafes, food courts, display kitchens, commercial kitchens and store-in-store concepts.
