Pulewa at Mehana
Pulewa at Mehana is a 120-unit, multi-family development with a mix of entry-level units on the perimeter of the project and affordable units at the center of the project. The site planning strategies focus on creating a strong but well-articulated street edge. Providing substantial open and landscaped area on the interior of the site and creating green spaces at the corners of the site softens the street edge and creates connection to interior landscaped spaces, to add tremendous value to the individual residences and the overall project.
