Wailupe Mauka
The guiding planning principals which informed the design of this 15-unit, high-end development are the creation of a community spirit, treading lightly on the land by limiting the area disturbed by the project, and enabling a greater connection to light, air and the outdoors. Aesthetically, the goal of the project was to capture the spirit of the timeless Hawaiian homes of Kahala while blending with modern spaces and technologies.
