As a measure of our focus on sustainable design, Green Sand Inc.’s staff is 100% LEED AP (accredited professionals) through the U.S. Green Building Council. Since the beginning, Green Sand Inc. has been a member of the USGBC and strives to incorporate sustainable design in all of our projects, whether they are seeking formal LEED Certification or not. Green Sand Inc. currently has over twelve LEED Certified projects, ten LEED projects, as well as two registered Living Building Challenge projects in the works.
